Valley wellness company hires new COO to lead global expansion

Plexus Worldwide, a health and wellness firm based in Scottsdale, has appointed a new Chief Operating Officer.

Mike Beardall, who has years of experience as a senior executive in the industry, will oversee the company's existing operations and its global expansion strategy, including the United States of America, Mexico, Canada, and Australia.

Beardall stated in a press release that 'Plexus has a perfect position for domestic and international growth. I am looking forward to working with our team to make sure the operational systems and process we have to serve our clients are ready to facilitate growth.

Direct-sales company that offers weight loss, nutrition and skin care products. The Phoenix Business Journal named it one of its Best Places to work in 2017. This year, it was also a finalist for the category of small companies in the 2023 Healthy Employers Awards.

Phoenix Business Journal's research in 2021 found that Plexus ranked 11th in terms of growth in the state with a revenue of $509.47 millions in 2020.

Plexus has reported that it employs 375 people and continues to recruit for key positions within the information technology, digital and customer services sectors.

Beardall was appointed this week but his LinkedIn page shows that he assumed his new role back in February. He was previously president of Utah's Rhyz Manufacturing, NuSkin. He was previously CEO of Arizona Nutritional Supplements and president of Nutri-Force.

Plexus stated that Beardall’s track record shows his experience in scaling up organizations, expanding their markets internationally as well as improving their processes.

In 2020, the company will have a new headquarters in Scottsdale at 9145 E. Pima Center Parkway on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. The company's headquarters, which it has occupied since 2015, are located just outside Scottsdale, at 9145 E. Pima Center Parkway, on the Salt River Pima Maricopa Indian Community.
