(Reuters) – The U.S. State Department approved a potential sale to Morocco of HIMARS artillery missile systems and related equipment in a deal worth up to $524,000,000, the Pentagon announced on Tuesday.
Pentagon: The State Department approved the sale of Joint Stand Off Weapons to Morocco at an estimated cost $250 million.
Lockheed Martin, L3Harris, Raytheon, COBHAM Oshkosh Defence AAR Corp and AM General LLC are the main contractors for HIMARS.
Pentagon: Raytheon will be the principal contractor of the Joint Stand Off Weapons.
