Inaugural 'Aviation & Robotics Summit' takes off in Pittsburgh with address from Gov. Josh Shapiro
Pennsylvania's governor Josh Shapiro is committed to helping the state's startups grow and succeed.
Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro kicked off the inaugural "Aviation & Robotics Summit", hosted by the Pittsburgh Robotics Network & Innovation Works Inc., during an invitation only event on Tuesday. This was part of a bigger effort aimed to find solutions for the aviation industry in the world that robots could address.
Shapiro, in a speech delivered at the beginning of the event held at The Vision on Fifteenth located in the Strip District of Los Angeles, praised the region for its ability to foster and grow promising startups throughout the years. He also spoke about his plans to support initiatives that will continue this work as he fulfills his duties as Governor.
