GoodRx names ex-GoDaddy Chief Scott Wagner interim CEO
The co-founders of a company remain on the leadership team.

Scott Wagner, former GoDaddy CEO and interim CEO of GoodRX Holdings Inc., is the new chief executive officer for GoodRX Holdings Inc.
Santa Monica-based company, said that its co-founders Doug Hirsch, and Trevor Bezdek who were previously Co-CEOs will remain as part of the team, and have taken up new roles, chief mission officer, and chairman respectively.
GoodRx, (Nasdaq GDRX), said in a press release that Wagner would work closely with Hirsch to 'accelerate product innovation' and 'to strengthen the company's eco-system of industry partners' and 'to grow its customer base'
Wagner served as CEO, President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at GoDaddy Inc., a web hosting company, for eight years. GoodRx reported that Wagner led GoDaddy to triple its revenue from $1 billion to $3 billion through expanding its products, increasing its customer base and increasing engagement with customers.
Wagner is also on the boards of technology companies like GoFundMe Kajabi DoubleVerify Bill and Kajabi.
Hirsch stated in a press release that Hirsch was eager to support Scott as the company enters the next phase of its growth.
Hirsch, as chief mission officer of GoodRx, will be working with the healthcare industry, including GoodRx’s network health care providers, pharmaceutical partners and other health care professionals, to offer them the company's resources and products.
Bezdek, in his role as Chairman, will guide the health care strategy of the company, cultivate relationships with industry partners, assist CEOs and executive teams, and identify new products and growth opportunities.
Bezdek said, 'We've had a great start to the new year, in terms of our overall plan, our focus on efficiency and margin and the number of monthly active customers was within the range that we anticipated.' I am confident that Scott’s new perspective and business acumen, will build on the legacy we have built and take us to greater heights.
